Refund Policy

At QwikU, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, all payments and subscriptions made through our mobile applications on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are processed and managed directly by the respective store.

This means:

  • We do not process refunds directly for purchases made through Apple or Google.
  • Refund requests must be made through the store where you purchased the subscription.
  • Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

How to Request a Refund

Apple App Store (iOS)

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store:

  1. Open your email receipt from Apple.
  2. Tap “Report a Problem” and follow the instructions.
  3. Or visit: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

Google Play Store (Android)

If you purchased a subscription through Google Play:

  1. Open your email receipt from Google Play.
  2. Tap “Request a Refund” or “Report a Problem.”
  3. Or visit: https://play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
